Built for the full protocol

Not just vitamins — supplements, peptides, hormones and your whole routine.

Most supplement apps stop at fish oil. DoseRoutine covers TRT/HRT, GLP-1s, NAD+, rapamycin and peptides — and cross-checks them against everything else in your routine, with safe-guard rules that never suggest an amount to take.

Alexander D., DoseRoutine user, at the gym
With three compounds in my protocol — TRT, retatrutide, tesamorelin — I wanted more than memory and a calendar. DoseRoutine tracks each dose and flags anything in my stack worth asking my doctor about.
Dan West, DoseRoutine tester, wearing a red shirt and cap
Caught an interaction between my magnesium and thyroid med I had no idea about.

Built for people who want to stay on top of their routine

DoseRoutine is a tracking tool, not a supplement seller and not medical advice. We don't recommend compounds, we never suggest an amount to take, and we don't sell your data.

Educational only. Consult a qualified clinician before changing any regimen.

How we handle safety and your data

  • DoseRoutine is a tracking and reference tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor or pharmacist.
  • Interaction results are informational flags to discuss with a clinician — not clearances to combine anything.
  • Dose calculators do the arithmetic you enter. They don't decide what you should take, or how much.

Read the medical disclaimer, editorial policy and how we source content.

Does DoseRoutine give medical advice?

No. DoseRoutine compiles publicly available reference information from sources such as NIH/MedlinePlus, FDA labeling, Mayo Clinic and PubChem, and shows you where interactions have been documented. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a clinician or pharmacist.

Is my health data private — who can see it?

Your stack, doses, labs and notes are yours. Data is stored in encrypted managed databases with row-level access controls, so only your account can read your records.

Do you sell my data or share it with advertisers?

No. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. The only third parties involved are the infrastructure providers that run the app — hosting and database, payments, and email delivery.

Can I delete my account and everything in it?

Yes, at any time. You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated data from the app or by emailing support, and we request deletion from the connected services too. If you're in the EU or UK, the additional GDPR rights described in our privacy policy also apply.

Where does the interaction and compound data come from?

Interaction entries are compiled from public pharmacology and clinical literature, drug labeling and NIH resources, with PubMed IDs or DOI links attached where a specific study supports the entry. Every reference page links its sources so you can read the original.

Who builds DoseRoutine?

DoseRoutine is an independently built product, made by someone tracking their own peptide, hormone and supplement routine. It isn't funded by supplement brands or clinics, and no compound page is sponsored.

More detail in our privacy policy and full FAQ.

What DoseRoutine does, and who it is for

DoseRoutine is a dose tracker and interaction checker for people whose daily routine is more complicated than a single pill. If you take a prescription in the morning, a handful of supplements with food, a weekly injection, and something new your clinic just added, the hard part is not remembering that you take things — it is remembering what, how much, when, and whether any two of them should be spaced apart. That is the problem this app was built to solve.

Everything starts with your stack. You add each compound once — the dose, the form, and the schedule — and DoseRoutine turns that into a day view you can log from in a couple of taps. Injectable compounds get a reconstitution calculator that converts your vial strength and target dose into the exact number of units to draw on a U-100 syringe, so you are not doing arithmetic with a needle in your hand. Vials track their own remaining volume, and the app tells you how many doses are left before you need another.

The interaction checker covers 475+ compounds: prescriptions, hormones and TRT, peptides, GLP-1 medications, vitamins, minerals and common herbal extracts. Each result explains what the interaction actually is, how confident the evidence behind it is, and links the source it came from — regulatory drug labeling, MedlinePlus, PubChem or the published literature. Timing conflicts get called out too, because plenty of real-world interactions are not "never take these together" but "leave four hours between them."

It is used most by people on TRT or hormone therapy, people running peptide protocols, people starting a GLP-1 and tracking food alongside it, and caregivers managing someone else's medication schedule. It is equally useful if you simply take three supplements and want to stop guessing. DoseRoutine is a tracking and reference tool, not medical advice: it is designed to help you have a better conversation with your prescriber, and every safety claim it shows is sourced so you can check it yourself.

You can start free with no card. Add your compounds, run an interaction check, and see your first day view in a few minutes.

Questions people ask about DoseRoutine

Plain-English answers about tracking peptides, TRT, and supplements in one place.

Can I add the other items I already take?

Yes. You can log anything in your routine, including items a clinician has given you. DoseRoutine flags known interactions worth asking about — always confirm with your pharmacist or clinician.

Is DoseRoutine free?

A free account gives you core tracking. The optional Pro trial unlocks interaction checks, timeline, reminders and AI plans. After that, subscribe for $9.99/month or $59.99/year (50% savings). Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

What's the best app for tracking peptide and TRT protocols together?

DoseRoutine is built for exactly that: peptides, hormones, TRT/HRT, GLP-1s and supplements in one tracker, with interaction checks and reminders timed to your day.

How do I calculate peptide reconstitution and BAC water ratios?

Use the free peptide reconstitution calculator. Enter your vial amount, desired dose, and syringe units, and it shows the BAC water and draw volume for each injection.

Can I check interactions between supplements, peptides, and hormones in one place?

Yes. DoseRoutine cross-checks 475+ compounds including supplements, peptides, hormones and GLP-1s, with severity filters and links to source studies.

Is there an app that tracks TRT injection sites automatically?

DoseRoutine includes an injection-site rotation map that suggests your next site, so you don't keep injecting the same spot. It's available after signing in.

How do I track GLP-1 doses alongside other supplements?

Add your GLP-1 like any other compound, set dose times, and DoseRoutine checks it against your stack and logs each dose with reminders.

Can DoseRoutine track calories, protein and carbs?

Yes. Take a photo of your meal or scan a barcode and the AI meal scanner returns calories, protein, carbs and fat. Every value is editable before you save, and meals land on the same day timeline as your workouts and doses.
