Boilerplate

DoseRoutine is a routine tracker and interaction checker for everything people actually take — supplements, peptides, hormones including TRT and GLP-1s, and daily prescriptions. It combines dose reminders, peptide reconstitution math, vial inventory, injection-site rotation, bloodwork trends, nutrition and workouts in one timeline, backed by a library of 475+ compounds with cited sources. DoseRoutine is educational software: it never tells anyone what amount to take.

DoseRoutine launches one routine tracker for supplements, peptides, hormones and medications

New app combines dose reminders, an interaction checker, peptide reconstitution math and bloodwork trends in a single timeline, with a library of more than 475 cited compounds.

Edmonton, Alberta, CanadaSeptember 2, 2026

DoseRoutine today announced the public launch of its routine tracker and interaction checker, available on the web at doseroutine.com and for iOS and Android. The app is built for people whose daily routine spans more than one category — supplements, peptides, hormone therapies such as TRT and GLP-1 medications, and everyday prescriptions — and who currently track it across reminder apps, spreadsheets and notes.

Instead of treating each category separately, DoseRoutine puts every dose on one timeline. The app includes dose reminders with snooze and skip, an interaction checker that works across compounds, peptide reconstitution and syringe-draw math, vial inventory tracking, injection-site rotation, bloodwork trend charts, and nutrition and workout logging. A library of more than 475 compounds ships with cited sources, and the app shows a clear empty state rather than inventing data where no evidence exists.

"People don't take things in categories — they take a stack," said the DoseRoutine team. "Someone on TRT, creatine and a GLP-1 shouldn't need three apps and a spreadsheet to know what they took today, when their vial runs out, or whether two things in their routine interact."

DoseRoutine is free to start. A Pro plan unlocks unlimited compounds and advanced features for $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year. The product is educational software: it organizes and reminds, but never recommends what amount to take.

DoseRoutine is available now at doseroutine.com. Media inquiries: press@doseroutine.com.
