Option 2 — Email request
Send an email from the address on your account to support@doseroutine.com with the subject line "Delete my account". We process requests within 7 days and reply to confirm when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
Your account (email, sign-in credentials)
Profile (age band, sex, height, weight, timezone, unit preference, language)
Your stack (compounds, doses, schedules)
Dose history, adherence records, and reminder settings
Push notification subscriptions and device tokens
Interaction acknowledgements and preferences
AI-generated plans and shared links tied to your account
What we keep (and why)
Billing records: Stripe invoices and payment history are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law in the applicable jurisdiction (typically 7 years in the US, 10 years in parts of the EU). These records contain your email at the time of purchase and the amount charged — nothing about your stack or health.
Anonymized aggregate stats: counts like "how many users added vitamin D this week" that cannot be traced back to you.
Legal / abuse records: if there's an active fraud, abuse, or legal matter tied to your account, we may retain the minimum required to resolve it, then delete.

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 7 days. Backups are rotated on a rolling 30-day schedule, after which deleted data is fully gone from backup snapshots.

The fastest way is in-app: sign in, open More → Account, tap Delete my account, and confirm — your account and all data are removed immediately. Alternatively, email support@doseroutine.com with the subject 'Delete my account,' and the request is processed within 7 days.
What data gets deleted when I delete my account?
Deletion removes your account and sign-in credentials, profile details, your stack of compounds and doses, dose history and adherence records, push notification subscriptions, interaction acknowledgements, and AI-generated plans or shared links tied to your account.
Does DoseRoutine keep any data after I delete my account?

What deletion removes
Deleting your DoseRoutine account removes the account record itself and everything attached to it: your protocols and stacks, every dose you have logged, notes, body metrics, meal entries and uploaded photos, reminder schedules, and any saved preferences or presets. These are deleted rows, not hidden rows — there is no dormant profile left behind waiting to be reactivated.
Because deletion is permanent, export first if you want to keep a copy. Once the deletion runs there is nothing on our side to restore from, and support cannot recover it for you.
How to do it
The fastest route is in the app: open your account settings and use the delete account control. You will be asked to confirm, and the deletion runs immediately rather than being queued for manual review.
If you cannot sign in — a lost email address, a broken login — email us from the address on the account, or with enough detail to identify it, and we will process the request manually.

What may briefly remain
Encrypted backups roll on a fixed cycle and are overwritten in the ordinary course of operation, so a deleted account can persist in a backup snapshot until that snapshot expires. Those backups are not queryable for ordinary use and are never mined for user data.
Aggregate, non-identifying counts — such as how many people used a feature in a month — are not tied to your identity and remain in analytics after deletion. Nothing in that data can be traced back to your account, your compounds or your logs.
