Perceived stress and cortisol — foundational RCT
Chandrasekhar et al. (Indian J Psychol Med 2012) randomised 64 chronically stressed adults to KSM-66 300 mg BID vs placebo for 60 days. Sleep quality — dose-ranging RCT
Salve et al. (Cureus 2019) randomised 60 adults with self-reported non-restorative sleep to KSM-66 250 mg or 600 mg daily for 8 weeks. Both arms improved sleep-onset latency, total sleep time, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores vs placebo, with the 600 mg arm showing larger effects. Kelgane et al.
