The most popular tracker nobody markets
Ask experienced peptide, TRT or longevity users what they track with and a large share will say Google Sheets or the Notes app. That is not a failure of taste — a spreadsheet models any protocol shape you can describe, costs nothing, and never forces its opinions on you.
The honest case for it is planning. Cost per milligram, cycle modelling, titration schedules laid out in a grid: a spreadsheet is genuinely better at all of that than any app.
Where it quietly costs you
The failures are all in the daily loop. A sheet does not remind you, so adherence depends entirely on memory. It does not know that 5 mg in a vial reconstituted with 2 mL means 25 units on a U-100 syringe, so the arithmetic is re-derived by hand at the worst possible moment. It does not remember which site the last injection went into. And it will never tell you that two things in the same column interact.
It also degrades. Most protocol spreadsheets are meticulous for three weeks and then stop being filled in, which leaves you with a record that is worse than useless because it looks complete.

Plenty of people keep a planning sheet for modelling and let the app own the live routine — which is the split each tool is actually good at.
