Tips

Common questions

What gets saved in a workout template?

The exercise list plus the sets, reps, and any pacing or rest notes you entered. Loading the template pre-fills a new session with all of it, so you only change the weights you actually used.

Can I edit a template after saving it?

Yes, and editing a template does not rewrite sessions you already logged from it. Past sessions keep the numbers you recorded on the day.

How many templates can I keep?

Enough for a full training split — most people run three to six (push, pull, legs, conditioning). There is no practical limit for normal use.
