Common questions
Which measurements can I track?
Weight, body-fat percentage, and tape measurements such as waist, chest, arms, and thighs. Each entry is timestamped so the trend line reflects when you actually measured.
Does the app use kg or lb?
Whichever you set in units. Existing entries are converted for display, so switching units does not corrupt older measurements.
How often should I log?
Weekly at the same time of day gives the cleanest trend. Daily weigh-ins are fine too — the chart smooths short-term water-weight noise so the direction stays readable.
