Common questions

How does the app know when I'm running low?

You enter how many pills, capsules, or milliliters a container holds. Every logged dose decrements the count, so the remaining supply is based on what you actually took, not on the calendar.

When does the refill warning appear?

Once the remaining supply drops below your chosen threshold — typically seven days out, which is enough lead time to reorder before you run dry.

What if I open a new bottle?

Tap 'Refill' on the item and enter the new quantity. The countdown restarts from that amount and your previous usage history is preserved.
