  1. Step 1: Open More → Reminders.
  2. Step 2: Check the Reminder timezone card at the top — tap 'Change' or 'Use device' if it's wrong.
  3. Step 3: Turn on push notifications so nudges land on your phone.
  4. Step 4: Set quiet hours start/end so nothing pings you overnight.
  5. Step 5: Set a lead time per compound (0–60 minutes before the dose).
  6. Step 6: Or tap 'Add to phone calendar' to get real alarms that ring even if the app is closed.

Tips

Common questions

Why did I not get a push notification?

The three usual causes are: push permission was never granted on the device, the dose falls inside your quiet hours, or the reminder timezone on the Reminders screen does not match where you actually are. Check all three in that order.

Do reminders still fire if the app is closed?

Yes on iOS and Android once notifications are allowed — reminders are scheduled with the operating system, so they ring without the app running. On the web, add the doses to your phone calendar instead for alarms that work offline.

What is a lead time?

A lead time nudges you 0–60 minutes before a dose is due, per compound. It is useful for anything that needs preparation, like a peptide that has to be drawn up or a supplement that must be taken with food.
