Step 1: Open the Track tab and tap 'Fitness'.
Step 2: Use the two tabs at the top to switch between Workouts and Body.
Step 3: On Workouts, tap a day on the calendar.
Step 4: Tap 'Log workout' (or 'Plan workout' for a future day).
Step 5: Pick a type — types are grouped into Strength, Cardio (run, cycling, swim, row, hike…), Mind & body (yoga, pilates, mobility, breathwork) and Sport (boxing, climbing, racquet, team sports).
Step 6: Add exercises with sets, reps and weight, or distance and time for cardio — the exercise box suggests moves for the type you picked.
Step 7: Tap Save — the day fills in and your streak updates.
Tips
- The app remembers which tab you were last on, and you can link straight to the Body tab with /fitness?view=body.
- Body Metrics used to be its own page — that link now opens this page on the Body tab.
- Planned workouts can have a scheduled time, which is what workout reminders use.
- Missing a planned session sends a 'missed workout' nudge so you can log, move, or skip it.
Common questions
Do workouts affect my adherence score?
No. Adherence measures doses only. Workouts, cardio sessions, and body metrics are tracked separately so a missed gym day never makes your medication history look worse than it is.
Can I log cardio as well as lifting?
Yes. Each session can be recorded as strength work with sets and reps, or as cardio with duration and intensity. Both show up on the same calendar so you can see your weekly training load at a glance.
Can I schedule recurring sessions?
Yes. Save a routine and set the days it repeats. The app creates the upcoming sessions for you and can nudge you beforehand if workout reminders are switched on.
