Common questions
Why does rotation matter?
Repeatedly injecting the same spot causes lumps, scar tissue, and inconsistent absorption. Rotating spreads the load so each site has time to recover.
How does the app pick the next site?
It tracks which sites you have used and how recently, then highlights the one that has rested longest. You can always override the suggestion.
Does it work for both subcutaneous and intramuscular?
Yes. The site map covers both, and each logged injection records which site and route you used so the rotation history stays accurate.
