Common questions
What should I write in the journal?
Anything you noticed and when — nausea, sleep quality, mood, injection-site soreness, energy. Short entries logged consistently are far more useful than long ones logged rarely.
How do I spot a pattern?
Entries are timestamped against your dose history, so you can see whether a symptom clusters around a dose change, a new compound, or a particular time of day.
Can I show this to my doctor?
Yes. Side-effect entries are included in My Report, which is designed to be printed or handed over at an appointment.
