What is included in an export?
Your stack, dose history, notes, side-effect entries, lab values, and tracked metrics — the data you put in, in a format you can open elsewhere.
What format do I get?
A structured data file you can open in a spreadsheet or import into another tool, so nothing is locked inside DoseRoutine.
Does exporting delete anything?
No. Export is a copy. If you want your account removed, use the account deletion option instead.
