Common questions
What does the Scan insights screen show?
Your scan history in one place: how many scans you have made, the confidence each one scored, and a breakdown of the foods and products you scan most often. Tapping any entry reopens the original result.
Is Scan insights part of Pro?
Yes, the history view is a Pro screen. On the free plan the scanner itself still works exactly the same — you just do not get the saved history and breakdown.
Why does a past scan show a low confidence score?
Confidence is recorded as it was at the time of the scan, usually low because the label was blurred, angled or partly hidden. It is kept honest rather than rounded up so you can see which readings are worth double-checking.
