Write a supplement review
Share what a supplement actually did for you, with photos. Reviews go public once you've posted them publicly and we've checked them.

Step 1: Open the Reviews page, or scroll to Reviews on any supplement page in the library.
Step 2: Sign in, pick the supplement, give it a star rating and write what happened.
Step 3: Add the dose you took, how long for, and up to three photos if you want.
Step 4: Tap a share button to post it on Reddit, Facebook, X, Telegram or Discord.
Step 5: Paste the link to your post and submit — your review goes live once we've checked it.
Tips
- Photos only ever appear on a review that has been approved.
- One post link can only be used once, and we never remove a review for being negative.
- You can delete your own review at any time.
Common questions
How do I write a supplement review?
Open the Reviews page, or scroll to Reviews on any supplement page in the library. Sign in, pick the supplement, give it a star rating and write what happened. You can add the dose you took, how long for, and up to three photos.
Why do I have to share my review publicly first?
Sharing the review on Reddit, Facebook, X, Telegram or Discord and pasting the link back is how we keep reviews tied to real people rather than bulk-written entries. One post link can only be used once.
How long until my review appears?
Reviews are checked before they go public, so yours sits in a queue until it has been read. Photos only ever appear on a review that has been approved.
Can a negative review be removed?
We never remove a review for being negative. You can delete your own review at any time, and editing an already-published review sends it back for a check before the new wording appears.
