Write a supplement review
Share what a supplement actually did for you, with photos. Reviews publish once you've posted them publicly.
Steps

Step 1: Open the Reviews page, or scroll to Reviews on any supplement page in the library.
Step 2: Sign in, pick the supplement, give it a star rating and write what happened.
Step 3: Add the dose you took, how long for, and up to three photos if you want.
Step 4: Tap a share button to post it on Reddit, Facebook, X, Telegram or Discord.
Step 5: Paste the link to your post and submit — your review goes live straight away.
Tips
- Photos appear once our team has checked them; your words publish immediately.
- One post link can only be used once, and we never remove a review for being negative.
- You can delete your own review at any time.
