Tips

Common questions

How do I add my doses to my phone calendar?

Open Track → Timeline and find the 'Add to my calendar' card. Choose which categories to include — doses, reminders, workouts, meal times — copy the link, then add it as a subscribed calendar in the iPhone Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook.

How far ahead does the calendar show, and how often does it refresh?

It refreshes on its own and shows 30 days back and 90 days ahead. You subscribe once; you do not need to re-add it when your schedule changes.

Is the calendar link private?

The link is private and unguessable. If you ever share it by mistake, tap the refresh icon to issue a new one — the old link stops working immediately.

Can I edit a dose from my calendar app?

No. The events are read-only. Editing or deleting one in your calendar app does not change anything in DoseRoutine — make the change in the app and the calendar follows.
