Finding your way around
Five places along the bottom of the screen: Today, Track, Scan, Health and More. Everything lives under one of them.
Steps
5 steps · tap a step to expand
Step 1: Today is what you take right now — doses, meals and planned workouts for the day.
Step 2: Track opens a grid of tiles: My stack, Timeline, Adherence, Cycles, Costs, Journal, Food diary, Meal planner, Fitness and your Dashboard.
Step 3: Scan opens the camera tools: meal photo, barcode or bottle, pill ID — plus Scan insights, Accuracy and the scanner guide.
Step 4: Health holds blood work, check-ins, progress photos and side effects.
Step 5: More is the drawer for everything else: reminders, calculators, the interaction checker, reports, templates, export, settings, billing and this manual.
Tips
- On a wide screen the same five sit in a side bar instead of along the bottom.
- Tiles are the fastest route — you rarely need to remember a page name, just which of the five it belongs to.
