Ipamorelin Dosage Calculator
Ipamorelin doses sit around 200–300 mcg, so how much bacteriostatic water you add decides whether your draw is a readable 10–30 units or an unmeasurable 4. Work it out below.
This is a unit converter. It converts an amount you already have into volume and syringe units. It does not tell you what to take, and it is educational only — not medical advice. Confirm every amount with your clinician and your product label.

Calculator inputs
Total compound in the vial.
Volume of bacteriostatic water you reconstitute with.
Per-injection dose you want to draw.
U-100 = 100 units per mL (standard). U-40 = 40 units per mL.

| 2 mg | 2.00 mg/mL | 1.00 mg/mL | 0.67 mg/mL | 0.40 mg/mL |
| 5 mg | 5.00 mg/mL | 2.50 mg/mL | 1.67 mg/mL | 1.00 mg/mL |

Ipamorelin dosing at a glance
| Phase | Dose | Frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common dose | 200–300 mcg | 1–3× daily | Roughly the saturation point for a GH pulse. |
| Timing | — | Fasted / before bed | Food and insulin blunt the pulse. |
| Paired with | 100 mcg CJC-1295 | Same injection | GHRH + GHRP synergy is the usual reason to stack. |
| Cycle | — | 8–12 weeks | Then a break; long-term data is absent. |

What trips people up
- 5 mg + 5 mL = 1 mg/mL, so 200 mcg = 20 units — much easier to read than the 10 units you get at 2 mg/mL.
- Ipamorelin is the selective GHRP: less cortisol and prolactin impact than GHRP-2 or GHRP-6, and far less hunger than hexarelin.
- Going above the saturation dose does not increase the GH pulse — it just costs more.
- It is on the WADA prohibited list at all times for tested athletes.
How the maths works
- Concentration (mg/mL) = vial mg ÷ bacteriostatic water mL.
- Volume per dose (mL) = dose mg ÷ concentration.
- Syringe units = volume × 100 on a U-100 syringe, or × 40 on a U-40 syringe.
- Doses per vial = vial mg ÷ dose mg. Water volume never changes this number.
Ipamorelin calculator FAQ
How many units is 200 mcg of ipamorelin?
At 2 mg/mL (5 mg + 2.5 mL) it is 10 units on a U-100 syringe. At 1 mg/mL (5 mg + 5 mL) it is 20 units — the more accurate option for a dose this small.
How much BAC water should I use for 5 mg of ipamorelin?
2.5 mL to 5 mL. More water means larger, more readable draws with no change to the drug itself. 5 mL is the better choice if you are dosing 200 mcg.
How many doses in a 5 mg ipamorelin vial?
Twenty-five doses at 200 mcg, or about sixteen at 300 mcg. Reconstitution volume does not change the count.
Is ipamorelin better alone or with CJC-1295?
The pair is standard because they act on different receptors — CJC-1295 raises the amplitude of your own GHRH signal while ipamorelin triggers the pulse. Alone, ipamorelin still works, just with a smaller effect.
